Adam Hochfelder currently serves as the Managing Director of Merchants Hospitality, a full-service hospitality company with expertise in investment, development, ownership, and management of real estate, restaurants, and hotels. Merchants Hospitality, Inc. (MHI) was founded in 1986, and since then it has achieved great success in developing, owning, operating, and managing real estate including restaurants and hotels. The company, comprised of real estate and management professionals, has acquired and developed restaurants and properties that have broad national appeal, such as the Brill Building at 1619 Broadway, Retail and Office Building in Times Square, and the 1802-1810 Second Avenue building which is planned to be Manhattan’s first super-luxury Senior Living Facility. Adam Hochfelder was also responsible for the acquisition of 2412 Broadway, a luxury residential apartment building on the Upper West Side, as well as Merchants Hospitality’s acquisition of the Global Hospitality & Restaurant Brand, Philippe Chow located in NYC and East Hampton.

Under his leadership MHI has also acquired a luxury residential apartment building on the Upper West Side, the Global Hospitality & Restaurant Brand, Philippe Chow located in NYC and East Hampton, 230 Park Avenue, 237 Park Avenue, 350 Madison Avenue, 1440 Broadway, and multiple residential properties in New York and Chicago.

Thanks to Mr. Hochfelder’s competence and managing skills acquired through experience, Merchants Hospitality has managed to expand and generate favorable returns. As the company’s Managing Director, he has helped acquire some of New York’s City’s most luxury residential apartment buildings and has completed multiple transactions.
